Payment Caution: Do not make any payments until the product or service has been provided. Ensure that you verify the credibility of the Listed store before making any transaction.

Transaction Responsibility: Dmndaily Marketplace does not process payments on behalf of Listed store owners. Buyers are responsible for ensuring secure transactions.

Fraud Prevention: If you experience fraud, abuse, or any other violations, report the Listed store with valid evidence (screenshots, receipts, messages).

False Reports: Submitting false reports may result in penalties, including restrictions from using our platform.

Complaint Handling: Reports will be reviewed within 48 hours. If a Listed store is found violating policies, appropriate actions will be taken, including warnings, suspension, or removal.

Follow-ups: You may receive a follow-up email for further clarification regarding your report.

For Online Store Owners (Sellers)

Honest Business Practices: Listed Store owners must conduct transactions with integrity, transparency, and professionalism.

No Fraud or Abuse: Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of platform rules will lead to penalties, including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the marketplace.

Order Fulfillment: Listed Sellers must provide the agreed-upon product or service before requesting payment.

Dispute Resolution: If a buyer reports an issue, sellers must cooperate in resolving disputes promptly.

Accountability: If your Listed store is reported for fraud, abuse, or other violations, it will be investigated. Proven violations will lead to appropriate actions, such as temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Report Handling: Complaints against stores will be reviewed within 48 hours. Store owners may be contacted for additional details.

Fair Use Policy: Any attempts to manipulate reviews, mislead buyers, or exploit platform policies will result in penalties.

Store Plan Options

Free Version

• Cost: Free
• Requirements: Must receive at least 500 unique visits per month to stay on the free plan.
• Features:
  • Listed Store is active and discoverable.
  • Ads will appear on your store page.
  • No homepage promotion or external advertising.
  • If the monthly visit requirement is not met, store will be temporarily hidden until the traffic threshold is reached again.

• Cost: $10/month
• Features:
  • $10 goes toward promoting your brand page on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram (Meta), and TikTok.
  • Ads will still appear on your store page.
  • Moderate exposure and visibility upgrades.
  • Priority support.

Premium+ Version

• Cost: $20/month
• Features:
  • $10 is allocated to social media promotion (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • The other $10 removes all ads from your store page.
  • Store is featured on the main homepage.
  • Increased promotion across all our social platforms.
  • Full access to promotional campaigns and premium placement options.
